This one is a lot of fun, especially if you have a few Star Wars fans on the team!
Items Needed
- Sticky notes for everyone
- Pens/markers for everyone
- Make your own collage from several pictures of Han Solo (or some other well-known character) with various expressions
Steps
- Pass out the pens and sticky notes.
- Show the collage and explain how it works, which is:
- everyone writes thoughts about the last sprint and
- sticks them around the monitor near the image that best represents the feelings behind the item
- Allow several minutes for writing and sticking
- Facilitate a group discussion of each sticky, one at a time. Be sure to talk about:
- root causes
- impediments
- risks
- improvements
- and collect action items!
