Posted on March 5, 2020March 5, 2020

I collaborated with my colleague Bryan Gallo* to create and present this material to UPMC and Pittsburgh PMI on February 12th and 13th, 2020.

Details

Retrospectives are a crucial step for inspecting and adapting with your team. They provide a place for a team to reflect on how things are going, encourage what helped the team, and identify what can be improved. The five scrum values are well suited to retrospectives. Ed and Bryan will discuss how commitment, courage, focus, openness, and respect each have a role in retrospectives. Along the way Ed and Bryan will provide new ideas and insights for you when running your own retrospectives.
